What is PCS?

Personal Care Services or PCS is a Medicaid funded program designed to assist individuals of all ages with chronic conditions and/or disabilities. 

PCS enables these individuals to remain in their home settings and receive the necessary assistance with certain functions that helps them to achieve and maintain a level of independence.  Personal Care Services can be provided on a continual basis or an episodic basis, dependent upon the individual situation.
